Incumbent State Sen. Todd Kaminsky declared victory early Wednesday morning over challenger Victoria Johnson, but she said she was waiting for all the votes to be counted.
With all of the Election Day and early voting ballots counted, Kaminsky, a Democrat, had a comfortable lead over Johnson, a Republican: 68,911 (53.3 percent) to 60,310 (46.7 percent).
