Emirati businessman buys 49% of an Israeli soccer club. A partnership agreement was signed between Moshe Hogeg and Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Nahyan who will buy 49% of the Israeli soccer group Beitar Jerusalem for around 300m ILS.
