Flynn case dismissed

DC District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan dismissed the criminal case against Michael Flynn. He noted that the pardon does not make Flynn innocent. Flynn had twice pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI in early 2017. However following the President’s pardon Sullivan called the case “moot”.
