A car reversed and crashed into a house on Chestnut street in Cedarhurst opposite the train tracks. The resident of the apartment was thankfully not home at the time, coming back from errands two minutes after the crash happened.
Police aren’t sure what happened and how the car hit the house. The driver was not on the scene.
A resident in the apartment next door said “I thought my wall was going to fall down.”
