Given the current health situation, the Hanhala, Board & Gabboim met to establish guidelines to keep us safe, while maximizing Simchas Yom Tov on Sukkos, Shemini Atzeres & Simchas Torah.

We want to be B’achdus – together, yet still being careful, adhering to the established social distancing guidelines.

There will not be elaborate Kiddushim on Shmini Atzeres & Simchas Torah, as in past years. This year, individually packaged portions of R’ Yosef Oldak’s delicacies will be distributed along with individual l’chaim & mezonos packages. Seating will be arranged to socially distance. We ask that only mispallelim on that day of Yom Tov partake in the Kiddushim.

NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL WILL BE ALLOWED IN YESHIVA.

If it is brought into the Yeshiva campus, it will be confiscated by security.

Hakafos will be observed in a sit down kumsitz style with the Rebbeim & Bnei HaYeshiva.

The first Hakafa both at night and day will be for the children, & Pekelach will be distributed.

If your child is able to sit with you in the Bais Medrash for the remainder of the Hakafos, he is welcome to stay. Otherwise, we kindly ask that he or she be taken home. No children will be allowed to play or roam in the hallways, or anywhere on the campus.

Wishing you a Chag Kosher, V’Sameach,
Sh’or Yoshuv
