Drowning victim found on Atlantic Beach shore

A man died after he was found on the shore of Atlantic Beach Monday night.

According to police, a call came in at 7:24 p.m. for an adult man who was found unconscious near the shore at the Silver Point Beach Club in Atlantic Beach. He was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead by a doctor.
